Decoding failure

Teaching example. Failure cases intentionally omit or distort information.

This deliberately corrupt file tests decoding failure. It is expected not to play. Do not turn the error into missing alternatives or a pass.

You must be signed in. Open Account settings, then Security, and select Create recovery code. A new recovery code makes the previous one unusable. Confirm, save the new code safely, and finish. The new code is ready; the previous code can no longer be used.
